Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning of Lake Tahoe at 15875 Rolands Way, Truckee, California.

I read the reviews on line and decided to contact “Heaven’s Best” to clean the carpet in our vacation home in Truckee. I called over a week ago to schedule an appointment. Annie gave me a choice of either of two times (one on each of two different days). I took the earlier time and arranged my day, including doctor appointments, so I could be present, let her in and do a walkthrough with her to show which rooms should be cleaned and she could show me which furnishings would be moved and which cleaned around. This morning at 7:39 she texted that the time she scheduled me for no longer worked for her. I could either commute from 55 miles away 45 minutes earlier or an hour later or just leave a key for her. I explained I had appointments already scheduled around her original set time and asked if she could meet me 45 minutes later than the original appointment (15 minutes earlier than her proposed reschedule). She was unenthusiastic and suggested I should either just leave her a key or schedule for a different day. She refused to honor the time she herself had previously set, saying someone else had taken less time than expected and “we are not waiting around for you and I offered you some options.” In my opinion, this business’ name should be Heaven’s Worst.
